TL;DR — We process your CV in memory and delete it within 1 hour. We never sell your data. Period.
What we collect
When you use ZMongolCV, you upload a CV file and a job description. These are processed entirely in-memory by our AI pipeline and are never written to persistent storage. We do not collect your name, address, or any other personally identifiable information beyond what you choose to share in your CV.
How we use your data
Your CV and job description are sent to the OpenAI API solely to generate your match score, gap analysis, and rewritten CV. We pass only what is necessary. OpenAI's API terms prohibit using API input/output to train their models — your data is not used for AI training.
Data retention
Rewritten CV files are stored temporarily in memory and automatically hard-deleted within 1 hour of generation. Raw uploaded files are never saved. We do not maintain a history of your uploads unless you have explicitly opted into a future versioning feature.
Authentication data
Account login is currently disabled. We do not process or store account passwords in this version.
Cookies & analytics
We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral analytics cookies.
Third-party services
ZMongolCV uses: OpenAI (AI processing), Railway (application hosting and database), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel/Railway deployment infrastructure. Each operates under their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data required for each service to function.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@your-domain.com. As we do not retain CV or job description content, there is typically nothing to delete beyond your account record.
