By accessing or using ZMongolCV (your-domain.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
ZMongolCV provides an AI-powered CV analysis and rewriting service. You upload a CV and a job description; our system returns a match score, gap analysis, and (for paid tiers) an AI-rewritten CV. The service is provided on an as-is basis.
3. Acceptable use
You may use ZMongolCV only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any CV files submitted.
4. AI-generated content
The rewritten CV and analysis provided by ZMongolCV are generated by AI (GPT-4o) and are provided for informational purposes only. ZMongolCV does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular role. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any output before use.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Pro and Teams subscriptions are billed monthly. Single Fit is a one-time purchase. All payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
6. Intellectual property
ZMongolCV and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZMongolCV and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your CV content remains your own property. You grant ZMongolCV a temporary, limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZMongolCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities or decisions made based on AI-generated analysis.
8. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
